Studio Refund Policy

Applies to Studio subscriptions. For general subscription billing terms see also Commercial Disclosure.

1. Studio subscriptions (Studio Creator / Studio Publisher)

You may cancel a Studio subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Studio export and your active commercial entitlement until then. No further charges occur after cancellation takes effect.

As digital subscriptions, mid-period refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. License records issued during an active subscription remain valid even after the subscription ends — you keep the commercial rights for already-generated output.

2. Service defects, billing errors, duplicate charges

If you experience a service defect (extended outage preventing download or generation), a billing error, or a duplicate charge, please contact [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund at no cost to you.

3. No third-party platform refunds

Puzzlumina cannot guarantee that any third-party platform (KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books, etc.) will accept your final publication. Refunds are not available for rejected third-party submissions — see the Studio License Terms for the user’s responsibility to review final files before publication.

4. Legacy one-time packs

Puzzlumina no longer sells one-time Studio packs. Customers who previously purchased a pack keep their entitlement, generated files, and commercial license. Those past purchases were digital and non-refundable once any pack file was downloaded or any pack puzzle was generated against the entitlement; for anything else, contact [email protected].
