Studio Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All Studio output (PDF, PNG, SVG, ZIP, JSON manifest) is delivered digitally through the Puzzlumina Studio web interface. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Generation timing

Most batches finish in seconds to a few minutes. Larger batches (especially 16×16 Sudoku or 20×20 Nonogram) may take longer because uniqueness is verified for every puzzle. You’ll see the live status on the job’s detail page; the page polls automatically and surfaces download links once the job is completed.

3. Download availability

Files generated under an active paid subscription are kept available in our object storage for at least one year. Unpaid free-preview files may be purged after a shorter retention window (default 7 days) — paid output is clearly distinguished in your jobs library.

Each download link is a short-lived signed URL. If a link expires, just refresh the job page — the system mints a new one on demand.

4. Manifest + license bundled in every batch

Every ZIP download includes manifest.json (machine- readable batch metadata, including puzzle IDs and license record id) and LICENSE.txt (the version of the license your batch was issued under). For full terms see the Studio License Terms.

5. No physical shipment

Puzzlumina does not currently ship printed books or boxed products. If you publish your pack via KDP or another print-on-demand service, that platform’s shipping + delivery policies apply, not Puzzlumina’s.
